In a national survey, 91 percent of Americans said they want to incorporate more whole grain foods into their diets. In fact, nine out of 10 people in the U.S. still do not eat the minimum recommended daily amount of whole grain (at least three servings, or 48 grams). Do you? Why not start keeping track of how many whole grains you eat to find out?
We invite you to take the Whole Grain Awareness Challenge.

I know I am always on the look out for new, healthy and affordable foods for my family. General Mills cereals are definitely a good nutritious choice.. and my toddlers love it! MyBlogSpark sent me some wonderful things to try out & I'm definitely loving every morning with my Fit & Fresh breakfast chiller with yummy Cinnamon toast crunch! It's been a pretty horrible week fighting with the IEP team to get Matts services in place so I've been pretty busy but without a good start to my morning I wouldn't get anything done so thanks myblogspark.com and I will continue to spread the good word both online and off about the General Mills cereals.
I just wanted to add that the VIP coupons, prize pack giveaway, and information from General Mills came from MyBlogSpark.com.
